of chapter07 of my book, "Electrogravitation As A Unified Field Theory."
His input and suggestions are greatly appreciated and so it is included

Latest paper by Steve Burns presents his engineering
viewpoint on the mechanics of UFO type field propulsion and electrogravitational
control. This is a well presented work for a field controlled craft based
on his own previous paper above as well as my own work and that of Prof.
Stavros G. Dimitriou.
