Many UFO sightings reveal bands of light that wrap arond the surface of the craft and appear to be related to high voltage corona effects. This paper presents a method of generating both high voltage and current utilizing the standing quarter-wave principle.

My analysis has convinced me that standing waves yeild a field that is equivalent to rest mass.
